  • Deposit: No deposit required

  • Membership is fully refundable within 7 days if there is no activity tied to the account

  • Bidding: Up to $2,000 with no deposit and up to 5 vehicles at once (with deposit)

  • Benefits:

    • Follow multiple auctions

    • ❌ No Priority Member Services call queue

    • ❌ No Fast Pass Barcode scanning to view vehicles

Premier Membership – Best for frequent buyers

  • Cost: $249.00 USD / year

  • Deposit: $400 USD (refundable)

  • Membership is fully refundable within 7 days if there is no activity tied to the account

  • Bidding: Up to $100,000 daily and up to 10 vehicles at once

  • Benefits:

    • Follow multiple auctions

    • Vehicle alerts

    • Saved searches

    • ✅ Member Preference Center

    • ✅ Priority Member Services call queue

    • ✅ Fast Pass Barcode scanning to view vehicles

    • ✅ Free safety vest (one per member, per year)

 After purchase, you will receive an email with the list of required documents and detailed next steps.

  • All of our services have different processing time frames depending on DMV workload, documentation, and the type of service requested.

  • Services are completed in the order they are received.

  • We keep our clients notified on a weekly basis regarding the status of their service.

  • All required documents must be clear, complete, and accurate. Missing or incorrect information may delay processing.

  • DMV/state fees are separate from our commission unless otherwise stated.

  • Final approval, issuance, or rejection of any service is at the sole discretion of the DMV or related state agency.
