Dealer Sale to Wholesale (Document Preparation + DMV Processing)

This service is for licensed dealers selling a vehicle to another business (dealer, exporter, or licensed auto business) who need both document preparation and DMV processing. I will complete all required documents, handle submission to the DMV, and ensure the title is processed correctly.

What’s Included:

Preparation and completion of all required wholesale sale documents, including:

• Title

• Bill of Sale

• HSMV forms

• DMV submission and processing of the transaction

• Title delivery coordinated according to your selection

What’s Not Included:

• Corrections to previously submitted documents

• Notary services

Options for Title (Dealer must specify one during purchase of service):

• Fast Title (Same-Day Title) – Additional cost

• Mailed to Purchaser’s Home – Different cost

• Kept Electronic – DMV default option

Delivery Method:

• Final documents processed through the DMV.

• Title delivered according to the option selected.

Turnaround Time:

• Processing time depends on DMV workload and the chosen title option

• Missing or unclear documents will delay completion

After purchase, you will receive an email with the list of required documents and detailed next steps.
