This service is for licensed dealers selling a vehicle to an individual who need both document preparation and DMV processing. I will complete all required documents, submit them to the DMV, and ensure the title is processed correctly under the buyer’s name.

Title
Bill of Sale
HSMV forms
DMV submission and processing of the transaction
Title delivery coordinated according to your selection
What’s Not Included:
Corrections to previously submitted documents
Notary services
Options for Title (Dealer must specify one during purchase):

Mailed to Purchaser’s Home
Payment of Taxes:
The dealer must collect and handle tax payments before the sale is processed.
Tax collection is not included in this service and is not the responsibility of this processing.
Delivery Method:
Final documents are processed through the DMV.
Title will be delivered according to the selected option.
Turnaround Time:
Processing time depends on DMV workload and the chosen title option.
Missing or unclear documents will delay completion.
After purchase, you will receive an email with the list of required documents and detailed next steps.

Services are completed in the order they are received.
We keep our clients notified on a weekly basis regarding the status of their service.
All required documents must be clear, complete, and accurate. Missing or incorrect information may delay processing.
DMV/state fees are separate from our commission unless otherwise stated.
Final approval, issuance, or rejection of any service is at the sole discretion of the DMV or related state agency.
Refunds are only provided if a service cannot be completed due to circumstances outside our control or our client’s control.
We are not responsible for DMV delays or rejections due to incorrect information submitted by the client.
Service is non-refundable once documents are prepared and submitted.
DMV fees are separate and must be paid before processing can begin.
