This service is for licensed dealers selling a vehicle to an individual who only need help with filling out the required paperwork. It does not include DMV processing, title submission, or additional services.

What’s Included:
Completion of all required retail sale documents, including:
Title
Bill of Sale
HSMV forms
Review for document accuracy
Delivery of completed documents via PDF or printed copies upon request
What’s Not Included:
DMV processing or title submission
Tax collection or reporting
Corrections to previously submitted documents
Notary services
If you need DMV processing, that is available as a separate service. Please reach out if you’d like to add them.
Delivery Method:
Completed documents are sent via email (PDF format)
Printed and mailed copies available upon request (shipping fees may apply)
Turnaround Time:
Documents are typically completed within 1–2 business days after receiving all required information
Missing or unclear documents will delay completion
After purchase, you will receive an email with the list of required documents and detailed next steps.

All of our services have different processing time frames depending on DMV workload, documentation, and the type of service requested.
Services are completed in the order they are received.
We keep our clients notified on a weekly basis regarding the status of their service.
All required documents must be clear, complete, and accurate. Missing or incorrect information may delay processing.
DMV/state fees are separate from our commission unless otherwise stated.
Final approval, issuance, or rejection of any service is at the sole discretion of the DMV or related state agency.
Refunds are only provided if a service cannot be completed due to circumstances outside our control or our client’s control.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the client. Please review everything carefully before sending.
This service is non-refundable once the documents have been prepared.
